At RAM Professional Services, our mission has always been simple: Giving You Time Back.
Through A Little Extra Push, we're extending that mission by donating our time and skills to help one local person or family each month with a project that can make life a little easier.
Because strong communities are built by neighbors helping neighbors.
How A Little Extra Push Works
Step 1
Submit a nomination.
Anyone may nominate: themselves, a neighbor, a friend, or a family member.
Step 2
Our team reviews submissions.
We consider: Need, Safety, Project scope, Community impact, and Available resources.
Step 3
One project is selected.
We contact the recipient and schedule the work.
Step 4
We complete the project.
One more neighbor gets a little extra push.

RAM Professional Services was founded on the belief that our work is about more than maintaining properties. It's about helping people reclaim their time.
While many of our customers hire us because life is busy, we recognize that some members of our community simply need an extra helping hand.

Is there a cost?
No. Selected projects are completed free of charge.
Can I nominate myself?
Absolutely. Everyone needs help sometimes.
Can I nominate someone without telling them?
Yes. If selected, we'll contact them before any work begins.
How often are projects selected?
Our goal is approximately one project each month, depending on business workload and available resources.
What if my project isn't selected?
Please don't be discouraged. We read every submission. While we can't complete every project, we truly appreciate every nomination and may keep submissions on file for future consideration.
Do you only help people in financial hardship?
No. Need comes in many forms. Busy families. Seniors. Veterans. Recovering from illness. Unexpected life events. Or simply someone who could benefit from a helping hand.
A Little Extra Push Program Guidelines
A Little Extra Push is a voluntary community service initiative offered by RAM Professional Services LLC. The program is intended to provide occasional assistance to individuals or families through donated labor and, in some cases, limited materials. To ensure the program remains fair, sustainable, and safe, the following guidelines apply:
Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection or services.
Projects are chosen at RAM Professional Services LLC's sole discretion based on factors such as need, safety, project scope, available time, scheduling, equipment, and available resources.
We generally complete one project per month, though frequency may vary depending on business demands.
Projects are intended to be modest in size and typically completed within one working day by our crew.
We may decline projects that require specialized licensing, heavy equipment, extensive engineering, structural work, hazardous conditions, or work outside our expertise.
Some projects may require the property owner's written permission before work begins.
If a project requires permits, utility locates, inspections, HOA approvals, or similar authorizations, those requirements must be satisfied before work can proceed.
Donated materials are limited. We may request donated supplies from community partners or substitute donated labor only.
Selected recipients agree to allow reasonable photography and video of the project before, during, and after completion for storytelling and promotional purposes.
RAM Professional Services LLC reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel projects because of weather, safety concerns, staffing, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
